Letter from solicitor about parking fine

Hi all read through the FAQs I had a parking ticket through last year and went through the popla appeal and lost through that. Thought I paid it but obliviously ignored it and just had a letter through from solicitors saying I owe £90 and to pay it. Do I keep ignoring these letters? Thanks in advance for any help and advice

  • More details needed.

  • What details do u need then?

The ticket was October last year so I can't remember last time I heard from them or remember which popla.
To go back I didn't have a ticket as I been there on 4 separate occasions and did not see the signs for pay and display and that's what I appealed against and it didn't go my way. Now I've had this letter off a solicitor saying I have to pay £90 I just want to know what to do from here on, do I ignore the letters, write back to them or pay the fine???

Search the forum (this board) for 'Wright Hassall TPS' and you will find threads like this already advising people how to respond.

DO NOT say who was driving and DO NOT PAY.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
