Landlord v Tenant - Judge Rinder today
Gers
There's been an interesting case this afternoon on Judge Rinder in which a landlord was claiming a slew of costs from an evicted tenant.
The landlord had some of his claimed costs either reduced or dismissed completely whilst the rent arrears were accepted.
It was the second case in the programme.

I'm not aware of this Judge Rinder.
Is it like Judge Judy where she just makes it up on her own without reference to the law?Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0 -

He's fairly accurate when it comes to the law, mainly because he has a research team so the result is pre decided
He's a criminal law barrister dealing with civil cases0 -

He has recently produced a series of (serious) radio programmes on different aspects of the law.

The radio programmes were great, particularly the one on divorce law.0
