Decorating help - small lounge

Hello,
my lounge is 3.66m x 3.05m (12' x 10'). I have got two sofas in there already. A two seater and a three seater so now there is very little space left. I could get rid of the smaller sofa as I got them for free.
I have never had to furnish a flat so that was a mistake on my part to take both sofas.
Anyway, any advice on how to maximise space? I ideally would want to put a small table with two chairs in the middle and something for the TV (TV is flat and 22 inches). Some bookcase or shelves as well probably. Thanks in advance.

Put the tv on the wall to save space.
How much seating do you want? If you're ever going to have friends over probably more than one sofa's worth, so I'd say keep it cosy with two sofas (exchange for a smaller slimline style if they're really too big) with a coffee table in the middle for both sofas to use either as foot rests or cup rests. Nice rug under the table, plenty of cushions and pictures on the wall to give that cosy style

Use the walls. Bookshelves over other furniture etc.
Just take a visit to Ikea, they're the kings of using small spaces.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

One important question - How many people live in this property ?
I'm in the middle of refurbishing/redecorating my lounge which is a little larger than yours. My plan is to have a small two seater sofa and one armchair. However, I am also tempted to go with just a comfy armchair and forget about a sofa.
But it is just me and the cat, so I don't have to worry about seating for anyone else. If I do have visitors that want to sit down, they can either use a chair from the dining room or use the floor.Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Apologies if I've misunderstood but if you're wanting a small table and chairs to eat at, I'd have just one sofa. Our dining table is currently in the living room as we're decorating and it's surprisingly nice to turn one of the chairs round to sit and chat to somebody on the sofa. I've stopped using the second sofa while the table is there. Just make sure the chairs are comfy - no need for expensive ones, just get seat cushions if you're okay with that style.0
