Return to Amazon marketplace seller - how exactly?

Hi,

I recently purchased some headphones that are faulty and the supplier has agreed for a return (eventually - to start with he suggested that I must have a mono MP3 player when one earphone wasn't working!). He's sent me a a Royal Mail postage paid label (with his address in tiny text) and nothing else. I can't work out what I need to do exactly. Presumably I just repackage, put this label on and print off my receipt and put it in a post box?

Thanks

Thats exactly what you need to do, enclosing your Amazon order details so they know who you are and what order number it is, keep proof of postage aswell.
