    I can't work out how to post on that Fakebook thread. (I do have an account)

    Perhaps you could ask the council if planning permission and advertising consent for the signs has been approved. It is a criminal offence not to have the latter.

    There is a lot of information on the Council contract in their Parish minutes including the comment that Kevin said sticky tickets were too costly in response to a Councillor's concern about tickets being blown away.

    And now a couple of years later.... I'd get a hold of that councillor (Arthur) if he is still about. Minute 6907 April 2014 refers
