Can anyone advise if O2 are likely to remove a default for £150 and £300. I am hoping as they are small amounts then there might be hope....

On what grounds do you think they should be removed?"Facism arrives as your friend. It will restore your honour, make you feel proud, protect your house, give you a job, clean up the neighbourhood, remind you of how great you once were, clear out the venal and the corrupt, remove anything you feel is unlike you... I moved addresses, I did write to O2 to give them my new address. I believe the default notice must have been sent to my previous address, yes it was my fault as I didn't chase them up to see if they had received it ( I had a lot on at the time, I was in the process of evicting my tenants and it was a stressful time... no excuse ) although I did write to all of my creditors and updated my address and O2 were the only ones that did not update it. I didn't notice until I saw my credit report and I then paid them in full. In the meantime as part of my job I need to be added on to business bank accounts and I was declined. As you can imagine my boss wasn't best pleased. So I am just wondering if any one has any suggestions as at the moment this is making it very difficult at work0

Can you prove you sent them the change of address?
Because they will be able to prove they sent you a default notice.
I had a default put on my account from fraud, it took the best part of a year to get it removed.0 -
No that's the thing I can't prove anything. The thing is I have messed up in the past, but this was a genuine mistake
If it took that long for you to get it removed from fraud I doubt very much I will get mine removed from my stupidity..0 -
You could ask them to remove them as a gesture of goodwill.
They might, they might not. Won't know unless you ask."Facism arrives as your friend. Your credit standing has no impact on whether you can be added as a signatory to your employer's bank account and no checks are made in that respect. I have been adding and removing signatories to our company bank accounts for over 10 years (UK and Japanese banks) and all that is required is your signature on a new mandate.0 -
I know I have been added on to a RBS account no problem but we have another business bank, they credit checked me and then came back with a decline
They won't budge either as you can imagine it was a very embarrassing conversation to have
