I had that with boots about a year ago they tweeted about giving away perfumes. I entered didn't win so later checked the twitter handles of the ones who did win and they were all beauty bloggers. Being me I then tweeted boots asking 'do I have to be a beauty blogger to win one of your prizes?' obviously I received no reply! or prize!! :rotfl::rotfl:

I must have been retweeting for a couple of years now and won nothing....was thinking of stopping bothering. Thanks, this thread has convinced me it's a waste of time!!

Yes i entered for at least my first -3 years comping never won so gave up and unfollowed. Seems unless youre a glammie blogger etc you wont win. (same on (most) bloggers comps, whixh i suppose is ok really as alot of time must go into serious blogging, so they want someone who can further each others paths i guess)(

Never in all my years but know loads of compers who have, the few I can think of range from 20 to 50 odd, so can't see a biased.

It is worldwide.

Thanks for confirming what I thought were paranoid thoughts! I look more glamorous on my twitter pic than I do right now sat in my PJs with a glass of wine comping. If that isn't glam enough then I guess I will never win :rotfl:

In all seriousness though, I've been entering his comps for years and neither me nor my comping friends have ever won or known anyone who has. Might be a coincidence, but I always find his ways of entering are never much hassle, so I continue to enter. It takes a couple of seconds, and you'll never win if you don't enter.

If I never win one, I will let you all say "I told you so" on my non-glamorous deathbed.
