    I'm still not sure entirely about non POFA compliance.
    Highview PCNs are definitely not POFA compliant; the wording doesn't include the exact mandatory words from para 9 of Schedule 4 of the POFA.
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    I just want to many sure I get my wording right on such a thing.

    No, I'll save that for POPLA, if it gets that far. And add it to the list of things with which to rip then apart.

    I feel a little deflated now, I was kind of hoping to drag them through POPLA...

    I came home today to a reminder notice (dated 5 days past).

    I logged onto their appeals site, only to be greeted with "This PCN has been cancelled"

    Quite right too! For a double dip it should never have been issued. Pathetic. A win is still a win though!
