External Bell Box Not Working

Hi All

I can't for the life in me work out why my external bell box wont siren.

if i set the alarm and trigger it, the keypad will siren internally but the external bell box wont siren.

The bell box is strobing during alarm but no sound, and during the day the comfort leds are constantly flashing as they should but no sound at all.

i have attached links to the wiring of the panel and the alarm, is there anything obvious i'm missing with the wiring or anything?

i have just had to replace the external bell box

Check terminal connections
Check continuity of cable (each core)
Check wired correctly page 13

Check sounder is enabled ( high low etc )
Test sounder/bell on known supply
Check pcb





Call an engineer

checked all connections and re wired it all etc.

checked with multimeter and reading 12v under alarm conditions.

External sounder must have gone so i will replace it.
