Can anyone help please? I've just upgraded to a Windows 10 PC and before upgrading always used Windows Live Mail 2012 as my email client. Is the Mail app on Windows 10 worth using, or should I stick to WLM? If I were to move to Windows 10 Mail, how easy is it to import my accounts, contacts and messages into the new system? Any help or advice greatly appreciated. Thanks!

WLM and the Windows 10 Mail app are a bit different therefore I suggest you stick to the former if it works for you.If you put your general location in your Profile, somebody here may be able to come and help you.0

I'm using Windows 10 and Live Mail 12, and have GMail and Hotmail set up.
Although Microsoft said they were no longer supporting this programme, it still works perfectly for me.
Due to the warning, I did set up Windows Mail, and as far as I can remember, when I signed in my accounts were added automatically.

Are your accounts IMAP or POP?
You can use both together with the same accounts if IMAP. That way you can decide what you wish to do.
Personally, I use the W10 Mail app which works very well for my needs, but yours may differ. I also have Thunderbird picking up my mail (just in case). They don't conflict with each other and I only get notifications from whichever is selected as the default mail client.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you

I tried the Mail app but didn't like it, decided to stick to WLM. I do seem to be struggling with change though as I get older....0

Go with Thunderbird or even just buy Office Personal with Outlook package if you do a lot of work with mail and calendar.
The integrated Outlook app is a cut down version of Outlook and it's better than WLM.0
