Misleading parking sign advice

Hi,

i would like to share a parking ticket predicament I have here but as a new user I don't seem to be able to include links to photos. My appeal is based purely on signage so I need to show a photo. Is there any way to over ride this moderators?

1) Is it council or private
2)If council go to pepipoo.com and sign up and post there
3) if private, go to tinypic, upload pics choose option for website/email, copy the url provided for this, paste into your post and change the http to h**p:/etc then the pics will come out.
