Decent all inclusive hol for friends

Hi all,
Next year I am hoping to get away for 7 days somewhere warm and sunny, possibly with a beach, all inclusive. Hopefully I can convince a friend to come too.
I've looked at places I've been before (Majorca, Lanzarote, greek islands etc.) but wondered what the most cost effective places were.
Approaching my 30's I'd like to stay away from the clubbing hotspots, and have every intention of being somewhere with a town close by for getting out of the hotel but only for entertainment. Looking for all inclusive so that food and drink is convenient and on-tap.
Not really wanting Turkey (even though I know this is probably one of the best value options) or Egypt as we will be travelling as two single females.
Would be happy with Spain, Italy, Greece and all associated Islands, Croatia etc.
Thanks
Kirsty

I'm just home from Ayia Napa, Cyprus,
Went as a family and really enjoyed it, didn't see any drunken or loutish behaviour that I had previously seen on tv, maybe its passed all that?
But anyways, plenty to do in terms of beaches, watersports, etc. Lots of pubs, both lively and for the younger market, and family friendly etc.
Lots of nice all inclusive hotels, both within walking distance of the town, and a short bus trip away. Buses travel up and down every 15mins during the day, then every 20 \ 30 mins as the night goes on, running from 6am right thru until 4am, €1.50 per trip regardless of duration.0 -
Malta. Have a look at Chevron Holidays who specialise in Malta, and have some good deals.0
