Child Support from Ex-Husband
Comments

OP I'm not going to comment on the irrelevant stuff as your circumstances are personal and I don't want to make assumptions.
He should be looking for a job, and be paying you child support. Sadly while he is doing 'odd jobs' and only earning £100 he can barely afford to pay for himself I would imagine and probably won't have to pay any child support.
That said if you were to arrange maintenance for the children as part of your divorce settlement then a judge would take into account his earning potential as well as the total of his actual earnings for the year.
i hope you find a solution that works for you and the children- ignore the haters.
Just a single mum, working full time, bit of a nutcase, but mostly sensible, wanting to be Mortgage free by 2035 or less!0 -
if you went into rented accommodation you would possibly get HB after you had used up the money from the sale of the marital home.
you mentioned you would not be able to afford to rent another home but i am sure with the equity from the sale you would have enough for a deposit and a few months rent.0
