Further Info"To launch the new flavours, Walkers is also opening a ‘speakeasy style’ crisp sandwich club, hidden behind a movable crisp shelf in a newsagents in London Bridge. Naturally.
At the elite (and not-so-secret) club, visitors will be able to build their own crisp sandwich from a menu of bread, fillings, limited edition crisp flavours and sauces.
‘Members will then be invited by the club’s Maître’D to sit back and immerse themselves in the sarnie-themed antics, sights and sounds,’ apparently. We’re not sure what that means. But, basically, you’ll be able to eat loads of sandwiches and crisps and talk with like-minded people about sandwiches and crisps. Which sounds like a pretty way to spend an afternoon.
The Walkers Crisp Sarnie Club will be open from September 8, for three weeks, from Thursday to Saturday.
Tickets can be booked via
