Heat Pump Tumble Dryer Problem

I have bought a new heat pump tumble dryer. It keeps jumping to the end of a cycle after a few minutes. I don't understand why. Anybody else had this problem?

Is it a sensor one that needs the film taking off the sensor?

It is a sensor one. A Zanussi ZDH333PZ 1000. Where is the sensor so I can check the film?
