redundancy underpayment of NHS continuous years
Hi , please ignore my stupid spelling of my name! but didn't want to register again.
What i want to know is, if taking voluntary redundancy in the NHS and then some time later you find evidence of more years of service than you were paid ... have I got a case to claim more due to being underpaid? at the time which was 2 years ago!

Short answer is no.
Technically there is no such thing as voluntary redundancy (despite it being a commonly used phrase). Therefore what you agreed to was a "mutually agreed separation". You didn't have to accept but as you did the terms are whatever you agreed.0 -
