3 Mobile not charging me for internet?

Hi, i got a sim contract over a year ago and its £15 a month. Says 3gb internet (including tethering) a month but for some reason i have been able to use unlimited internet for a long time and its way over the 3gb limit and doesnt cut me off or charge more a month. Is this a glitch with 3 or correct? I am mostly using a hotspot from my phone to my laptop btw.
