Have a look at the witness statement Lamilad has been working on in his case to give you an idea of what sort of things to add as exhibits (discussed on his thread only yesterday). No link provided to a recent thread where the username is known, just go and find it and read it from start to finish.

I know yours is UKPC so it is different in some ways but much of what Lamilad says and uses will be stuff you might use (e.g. the Beavis case sign as a comparison, a printout of the POFA Schedule 4, etc).

Have you never seen any pictures of the signs from the car park?

And never got any letters at all? Did you move house or something?

I haven't seen any pictures from the car park. No letters were received and I have not moved, in fact I still live at that address!


I will take a look at Lamilads statement.
