  • Well, I sent off the appeal in time to POPLA.

    I got a confirmation email back from them and I'll await their outcome.

    In the meantime the 56 days has expired and I still haven't received any NtK.

    So that's good in itself I suppose.

    Just wanted to say I finally got a response back from POPLA and I won the appeal.

    Thanks you for everyone that took the time to help throughout this thread.

    Fabulous! Many thanks for the update. Could you copy out your POPLA decision (minus the Assessor's name/your VRN & data) into the top thread here called 'POPLA Decisions', adding a link to this thread and saying which parking firm you beat.
