Well, I sent off the appeal in time to POPLA.
I got a confirmation email back from them and I'll await their outcome.
In the meantime the 56 days has expired and I still haven't received any NtK.
So that's good in itself I suppose.0 -

Could you copy out your POPLA decision (minus the Assessor's name/your VRN & data) into the top thread here called 'POPLA Decisions', adding a link to this thread and saying which parking firm you beat.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
