Dear All,
Just sold our home and soon to move in to new bungalow, as we are entitled to winter heating allowance, will we get this years allowance as we are only just moving in to our new home?
Thanks Smudger

I don't think, your address has anything to do with it. If you usually qualify for it I can't see any reason why this year would be any different.

Assuming you were born 1946 you are entitled to 6 benefits and presumably (?) are already getting them...
- state pension, Christmas bonus, winter fuel allowance, free eye tests, free prescriptions, 'bus pass.
Moving home, owning or renting makes no difference to these.
In receipt of any more benefits?0 -
