Hi,
Please tell me what is the name of this type of facade?
Please also tell me where would I buy tiles to replace one that is missing (top window, right hand side)
Is there any new PVC type of way replacing it?
Does anyone has similar one? How do you maintain it guys?
Thank you!

Hahaha... oh dear. Yes there supposed to be one.
Please see link below0 -
It's a tile hung facade. Get a tile from builders merchants or reclaim yard.
You can replace the lot with plastic or wood, just type "cladding" into Google.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0 -
If you want some additional info, it looks like you have concrete hanging tiles and the colour looks like possibly Tudor Brown, if they are made by Redland. (Could also be made by Marley, or perhaps, Russell - not sure there), They look like a granular finish as opposed to smooth.
Cannot see from your picture but you may be looking for a "tile and a half" - this is a larger tile than your other tiles forming most of the tiling.
This is not posted to sound like an anorak, but just to help if you need to order one. An ideal source would be a local roofing merchant - Google who is in your location.0
