Hi there,
I pay a monthly amount to park in a private car park near my place of work. With this I have a pass that I should display on my dash board.
Last week I forgot to do this and came back to find a Parkin charge notice on my car.
Based on the fact that I pay to park and th car park owner has my car registration details should I be penalised and fined for forgetting to display my pass?
Thanks

Need more detail.
Who is the private parking company?
Where in the UK did this happen?
Is the car your own, or leased?
How long ago did you get the parking notice and was it sent to your home, or on your windscreen?0 -
Who issued the ticket?
Also, you need to read the Newbies Sticky and not rely on common sense - PPCs don't care about the individual situation, more they look for you to jump through hoops so they can catch you out.0
