Hello, i am new here so excuse me if i don't do this right.
My problem is i am currently with LLoyds TSB, and hold a gold account, i recieve freebies etc such as free travel insurance, AA cover which helps as i am a car owner and do travel sometimes.. but i find that the overdraft fees are soooo high, and with all the bank charge stuff going on, they are killing me. sometimes not having enough money especially being a single parent, is tuff, especially when they have taken the money re bank charge. It makes me want to write a horrible letter to LLOYDS.
Now i am fed up with LLoyds and want to change accounts, WHICH ONE SHALL I change to,
bearing in mind i may have bad credit, i think i enquired online, with halifax, i didnt apply but got a refusal letter through the post eeek...
Please advise i am lost, i am on my second year of social work BA, in a college, and need to change accounts asap... (i do hold four accounts, ISA savings, current account and a gold account at LLoyds).
