Prepaid credit cards - SecureCode/Verified by Visa

So, I'm considering a prepay credit card but I wanted to ask if PP CCs all use verified by visa or SecureCode by MasterCard? Currently with Santander and verified by visa does my head in. Number of times I've forgotten my password is silly.
Has anyone used these ans can you confirm if they do/don't!!?? Would be a great help and please list the cards that don't.

I had a Kalixa one and that was a Mastercard with no additional security. Sadly they stopped doing it now.
