Active Solutions

Hi Guys

I had a call from these guys they was ringing up about this moneysavingexpert.com/news/shopping/2016/07/guest-comment-why-im-claiming-19bn-damages-from-mastercard knew my name and address, and wanted to know about what credit cards I had over the years, and said they was going to send me a pack out, and to fill out all the details about my cc's.

I told them that I have with some of my CC's got a repayment plan in place, they said that in that case any money they won for me would go towards my debt with the CC companies, but I would still be on the hook for there 30% fees.

I tried a google search but couldn't find anything on here about them, so thought I would make you aware of this crap.

    That is correct.

Dear me, should have predicted it but the leaches from PPI industry are already moving into a claim for the mastercard fees when the case isn't even begun, let alone settled.

Steer well clear of these people, they sound like they are pulling a fast one at the very least given there is no refund of fees at all yet.

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
