Not helping Spovey I know but maybe other readers.....reading their home web page:
small print .......another eye opener denying responsibility as an agent in my opinion.
And "book with confidence-your perfect holiday"
.
.
.and even referring to MSE cheap holiday advice Oct 2015
about time such 'agents' were brought to task where they do not live up to advertisements. Making claims and then saying we are only your agent in effect should not be lawful!
Specifically I note Teletext Holidays are part of the Travel Trust Association. This seem to provide financial protection only but it might be worth getting in touch with them.
Perhaps poor reputation might be the best approach posting on here is a good start, join which legal and get cheap solicitor's advice and spread the word, get in touch with BBC Rip of Britain programme (upcoming prog about travel), getting in touch with your newspaper to take it up for you if they have such a consumer article.....
........don't give up easily!!!0
