The decision of Indesit Company is final and binding in all matters arising from the Hotpoint Experience Built-In Channel 4 Online Prize Draw. One winner will be randomly selected by an independent panel, to win a Hotpoint oven, a hob, a hood, a fridge, a freezer, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a steam oven and coffee maker. There will also be five runner-up prizes randomly selected and winners will receive a Hotpoint oven and a hood. The prize draw finishes on Friday 14 October 2007. The winner will be notified in writing before the end of November 2007.
No variation of the Terms and Conditions will be valid unless in writing, signed by a General Manager of Indesit Company. Providing details to enter to prize draw will be deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. The Hotpoint Experience Built-In Channel 4 Online Prize Draw is promoted by Indesit Company, Morley Way, Peterborough PE2 9JB.

Well, I got a reply:

"Dear xxxxxxxx
Thank you for your email regarding Channel4.com.
I have attempted to enter the Hotpoint competition and I have discovered that it is functioning correctly. There may have been a glitch with the server when you attempted to enter previously, please try again.
This issue may be because there is a problem with the security or cookie settings in your browser. 4oD uses Internet Explorer to display the pages you see.
Please open Internet Explorer and follow the instructions for your
browser:

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+
Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
Click on the "Privacy" tab.
Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to "Medium") under "Settings".
Click "OK".

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x
Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
Click on the "Security" tab.
Click the "Custom Level" button.
Scroll down to the "Cookies" section.

To enable:
Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" to "Enable".
Set "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable".
Click "OK".

When you have done this, close your browser, close 4oD, re-open 4oD and attempt to sign in again."


So just keep trying and try the above steps I guess. Definately won't work for me so I'll just give up unless my OH can shed some light on it for me. Good luck to all who can actually enter!
