Cheapest Premier League subscription abroad

Hi
Last year I trialled subscribing to BEIN Sports using a VPN and found it very high quality.
Until tomorrow I can renew at $150 for 12 months (so circa £9.60 per month) but I'm wondering if anyone knows of other cheap options operating on foreign soil that have an iPhone app?
I did stumble across Premierleaguepass.com but it just shut down when they lost the rights I believe.
