yes , but did the ISPA have a contract with London counsils , or do they have a contract with the ombudsman services?

if they have/had , then why is there not one with WH , they are a "agent" acting for the BPA , just like LC or the Ombudsman services

if the 2 above have not got a contract with the ISPA , then can someone tell me why theISPA exists?

  • Have had a read of the POPLA decisions thread and now beginning to worry. Is there any way I can post the pictures of the before and after signage on here so someone can have a look and give me an opinion?

Yes, use a site like photobucket to upload to, it's free
Then show the link here using hxxp://

As ISPA have washed their hands with the process, this arrangement, an agreement between with a Trade Association and a compromised firm of solicitors who have a clear conflict of interest, should be accorded as little respect as it deserves.

A PPC would be unwise imo to launch a coury claim on the back of it..

Agreed but with the lack of understanding differing from judge to judge in county courts, that is one system that needs to brought up to speed

  • Thanks for that, any thoughts?

Should I cough up or just wait for further correspondence from Wright Hassall? What would my chances be in Court?
