Next steps after Consent Order

Hi, wonder if someone can assist me as my head is in bits here trying to work out what happens next!

Me and my ex-partner divorced early in the year.

I applied for the consent order which was returned on Friday fine.

While I had sent that away I applied for my remortage to buy her out of the properly. That also got accepted.

So I'm unsure of my next steps. After the remortage appointment I went straight to the solicitor to ask could they help with the deeds etc. The lady took notes but I haven't heard from the. I think I may of said I'll be in touch once the paperwork arrived.

Could somebody give me a simple breakdown on what I should do next?

Thanks
