Has anyone used 'gone for good'?

I've been having a massive clear out and have boxes and bags and multiple items that I want to donate to charity. As there is so much I was searching for any charities that collect from home and came across

Has anyone heard of this? Has anyone used them? If yes, how would you rate them?

Many thanks

That sounds to me as if it's someone set up a business collecting your free donations and re-selling them.
OP why can't you just go to one of your local charity shops, cut out the middle man.
