Visa exchange rate today

Just paid for a flight on my Nationwide Visa debit card,i had to pay in euros.
Where do i go to find out what the exchange rate is for visa today-have looked on their site but cant seee it.

It wont matter anyway as the rate will be done on the post date in most cases

I've had different exchange rates for two transactions a minute apart at the same retailer, both posted on the same day for my nationwide debit card. The nationwide person I spoke to said the rate changed minute by minute.
