Hi All
Wife has today received a charge notice from this lot, we visited the centre recently and overstayed our welcome.
Reading through the various threads on here the advice would appear to be ignore everything. I had a look at their payment page by sticking in Reg No and Notification Ref No: and it showed exactly same info per the notice.
Interesting thing is the 'Payments made by credit / debit cards are subject to £1.50 surcharge' note on the notice. Didn't EU pass a law stating surcharges were to be capped at 0.2% for Debit Cards and 0.3% for Credit Cards?
Anyway, are we still safe to ignore this completely?
Many thanks.

hi and welcome to the forum ....
can you please confirm that this heinous deed took place in Scotland ?

Unless there's another Livingston then this was Scotland, and you can ignore them entirely. They'll stop after about 4 letters.
In Scotland, they can only pursue the driver, which they'll only ever find out if you tell them. So don't respond to a thing unless it somehow gets to a court (it's vanishingly unlikely).0 -
Yup - nothing has changed in Scotland or Northern Ireland - You simply IGNORE the bampots and later their shonky debt collectors completely!0
