Good morning

I will be spending £1900 :eek: on rent+deposit in our new house...
bye bye lovely money... but hopefully we'll get back a lot of our deposit on this one to cheer me up
I beat you, today I spent just over £4,000
which was the cost of my wedding/reception. Not too bad considering we're having a bigish do in a posh hotel... helps to have friends. But still it hurt to spend that. :A

NSD here - just as well after yesterday!0 -
Hi all:hello:.
rog2 sorry to hear about your job, glad you're not too down about it, just keep telling yourself, You are destined for better things. If you believe in karma, you must get your rewards for all the good advice you give so many people on this board:beer:.
I've had a real sh.t day myself today. Absolutely choked with head cold, causing me to have very poor balance. Not great news at the hospital ... and I forgot to get my expenses reclaim form. Then went to morrisons, absolutely shocked at the prices of most of the cheap basics. Went to fill up with their petrol @90.9p per litre, only I stupidly parked my car at the wrong site of the pump. Went to Tesco, even more shocked by the prices, especially the pasta, by the time I came out the store I was struggling to walk, so there was no way I was going to fill up at their garage, they don't do assisted service. So came home with car almost empty:mad:.
Anyway, rant over, I spent a total of £25.00 on groceries, nothing added to my weekly challenge.
What does everyone do with their £2 coins, I've been counting them as money spent, but I'm sure I've tinned at least £20 worth so far this month??Official DFW Nerd Club - Member # 593 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts!0 -

Today:
Car service £128.71 (but budgeted for, money in separate account and had budgeted £150 so building up a little surplus).
and OH bought a new wheel cap thing too as ours 'fell off' £5 (lady let him off the extra 1p when he gave her 2 £5 notes
)
This afternoon we popped into the local town:
£2.97 on some 'shiny pebbles' for a glass bowl we had as a wedding present - looks really nice now - we don't live near the coast and they were from wilkos we got masses
£1 on a magazine in woolies
£10 to open a regular savers - family member paying the money in (long story) but we had to deposit something to open it.
£2.92 in somerfield on a small food topup including reduced bread.
