Definitely OTP (Option to purchase) fee. You do not own the vehicle until this payment has been made. It would have definitely been on your documentation 2 years ago. Vehicle finance is monitored closely.
You would have been informed about this final fee. It should have been advised by dealer, but if not, it was definitely in the paperwork and the finance company will have a copy of this paperwork....
