Cost of moving bathroom upstairs?

Hi,

A house we're buying was originally a 3 bed with downstairs bathroom. The previous owners changed it into a 4 bed (by just installing partition walls) and kept the bathroom downstairs.

We'd like to move the bathroom into the bedroom above (pipework already in the right place I think) so that we can have a 3 bed with bathroom upstairs - much more family friendly!

My question is, how much is the labour likely to be? We would buy the suite ourselves (have seen one for around £500) so would just need someone to fit it, tile the room, sort waste pipe, extractor etc.

Would about £3k cover it? or less?
It's only a small room (8'10"ft x 8'4"ft)

Thanks

It cost me £5000. We moved the toilet, bath and sink around in our bathroom though. Should be same job as had to go back to brick and pipe work had to be done again. They supplied only the bath and toilet. I supplied everything else.
