Voluntary termination of PCP
Options
I have had a Fiat Panda on PCP for nearly 3 years but want to return it as we think we can manage with just one car now. All seems well with the arrangements. The finance company have said that a note will be put on my credit record saying that I did a voluntary termination. I can't work out whether this is a bad thing and will affect my ability to get credit in future! Does anyone have advice? Thanks.

According to Experian it shouldn't affect your credit rating

Having said that I'd imagine that it might have an affect on future car finance applications if this is something they are interested in checking on.0
