I have had a PCN delivered which shows my car driving into a hospital and then leaving again. It does not show the car parked.
I was in the hospital for an appointment and my wife was driving.
I have found out since that the hospital now expects people to enter their car reg. numbers into a computer terminal scattered around the buildings. As far as I could see there were no signs in any carpark. The parking is actually free in this hospital.
I repeat that the pictures show my vehicle actually moving within the hospital grounds, not in any of the car park areas.
Any tips please.
Am I able to say I was in the grounds by invitation since I had an appointment.
The company is 'Civil Enforcement' and they demand £60 rising to £100.

Yes you have been nabbed by the PPC's catch em all with least effor ANPR system.
Forget the fact you were moving at the moment how long was the car on site, and have you complained to PALS?0 -
just read and follow the advice in the NEWBIES faq sticky thread, following the BPA advice
do not name the driver
complain to PALS and get it cancelled
anpr cameras have timed the site visit and the CEL computers have no record of the VRM being out into a terminal , where the vehicle was and if parked or not is not relevant and neither is the fact there was an appointment (not at this stage, possibly in court)
also quote this at PALS and the trust
