if you want a real bargain try Thomson for flight only deals to PMI, IBZ and AGP. They have been clearing out seats for £29 return (PMI/IBZ) and £49 (AGP).
The Ryanair Lanzarote flight is based in Lanzarote which means your return will always be an early start. (Easyjet's timings are better.) Their TFS service is likely to be similar as it's a non based aircraft too.
You'll get reasonable weather in the usual med places until end of October. Easyjet currently have a seat sale on for autumn departures.
