I am having a problem sending off an appeal, i have registered but they have not sent me an e mail to complete my registration and without the link in the e mail i cannot even contact them. So i am in limbo. Anyone else had this problem?
Reason i am appealing is that the contravention clearly states Not displaying a valid pay and display ticket. The signage in the carpark quite clearly states a ticket must be displayed, however i could have paid by phone and in this instance a ticket is not issued so fundamentally the signage is incorrect and therefore i believe my charge should be withdrawn. Any comments

Would not a payment by phone appear on a bank statement or credit/debit card? Does the signage specifically state how to pay?

Good luck with your IAS appeal - fewer than 20% have had 'good luck'.
Which parking company is pursuing you? Important Q.
Don't submit an IAS appeal until you've had some further comments here from regulars, and after you've read the pros (very few) and cons (many) of bothering to appeal, which are detailed in post #3 of the newbies FAQ sticky.
At face value, your outline of your intended appeal seems to me 99% certain of resulting in disappointment for you. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
