TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF

“FACE SHAPE GUIDE COMPETITION”

1. These terms and conditions (“the T&C’s”) govern the Face Shape Guide Competition on the www.sunglassesshop.co.uk and www.sunglassesshop.com from 14th July – 14th August 2016. The Face Shape Guide Competition has been extended to the 28th August 2016 and adheres to clause 12. The Face Shape Guide Competition is administered by MyOptique Group.

2. The prize is a chance to win a £5,000 all-inclusive trip to New York with £1,000 spending money.

3. To enter simply post a picture of yourself in Ray-Ban sunglasses or the colour-me-in Face Shape Guide. Entrants must use the #SGSFaceShape or tag @sunglassesshop to be entered. Each picture with the appropriate tags will be considered an entry. Pictures can be posted to Sunglasses Shop’s Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account, respectively. Alternatively, e-mail [EMAIL="sgsfaceshape@myoptiquegroup.com"]sgsfaceshape@myoptiquegroup.com[/EMAIL] to enter. Pictures or e-mail must be submitted before 11.59pm on Sunday 28th August 2016.

4. The winner will be selected at random on Monday 29th August 2016 and will be contacted by either email or telephone to arrange details of the prize.

5. If a winner cannot be reached or rejects the prize, the prize will be assumed to have been forfeited and another winner will be selected at random and contacted thereafter.

6. By entering the Face Shape Guide Competition prize draw you will be deemed to have accepted and will abide by these T&C’s.

7. Incomplete, late, or otherwise faulty entries will not be accepted and we reserve the right to select an alternative winner if we reasonably believe that a winner has breached the T&C’s.

8. You agree that we may publish your first name and surname if you are selected as a winner and that we may send you emails for purposes related to the Face Shape Guide competition prize draw as well as marketing emails.

9. The right to claim a Prize may not be transferred to anyone else. No cash alternatives or alternative prizes are available.

10. My Optique Group will not bear any additional costs or expenses associated with the Prize.

11. Any decisions by us regarding the Face Shape Guide Competition prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. We reserve the right to amend the T&C’s and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Face Shape Guide Competition prize draw at any time.

13. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates disclaim all liability for any damages and losses suffered by anyone as a result of or in connection with the Face Shape Guide Competition prize draw.
