Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 11.00 a.m. on Thursday 6th October 2016.

The prize is time critical and the winner will be contacted in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms. All entrants must be contactable on and for 2 days after Thursday 6th October 2016.

Up to 15 paid entries per phone number. Maximum 29 entries per person, per entry method (Postal/Text/Phone).

The winner must be a UK resident, aged 18 years or over.

Each call costs £2, plus your network access charge.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Justin Bieber London trip
This element of the prize consists of four (4) VIP tickets for the winner and up to three (3) companions to attend a Justin Bieber concert at the 02 Arena in London on 15th October 2016. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions are available to take the prize on the relevant dates.

The prize also includes:
- Hotel accommodation for three (3) nights at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel on a bed and breakfast basis from 14th October 2016 to 17th October 2016, based on four (4) people sharing a two (2) double bedroom presidential penthouse suite;
- One (1) bottle of champagne on arrival at the hotel on 14th October 2016;
- A contribution of £100 (one hundred pounds) per person for the winner and up to three (3) companions towards the costs of travel to and from central London train station or airport (as decided by the winner) from each person’s home address;
- Private return transfers to and from the London train station or London airport (as decided by the winner) to the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel;
- Access to private chauffeur driven transportation in London in a Rolls Royce Phantom available from 1:00pm to 11:59pm on Saturday 15th October 2016;

- A two (2) hour beauty makeover for the winner and one (1) companion (with a minimum age of sixteen (16) years old) at Benefit Cosmetics Boutique on Carnaby Street on 15h October 2016;
- One (1) £80 (eighty pounds) Benefit cosmetic credit note for the winner. The credit note must be used on 15th October 2016 and only be used on products at the Benefit Cosmetics Boutique, Carnaby Street. The winner is to collect the credit note from the Carnaby Street store on 15th October 2016. The value of any monetary balance of the vouchers may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative;
- A family pamper package at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel in the winner’s suite, including a facial, a massage or a manicure on Sunday 16th October 2016;
- A three (3) course lunch from a set menu at Aqua Shard (excluding drinks) on Sunday 16th October 2016 for the winner and up to three (3) companions, including a 15% (fifteen per cent) gratuity.

X Factor London trip
This element of the prize consists of four (4) tickets for the winner and up to three (3) companions to attend The X Factor Final 2016 at Wembley Arena on Saturday 10th December 2016. Companions must be at least 8 years old and if under 18, must be accompanied by an adult.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions are available to take the prize on the relevant dates.

The prize also includes:
- Hotel accommodation for one (1) night at The Hilton London Wembley hotel on a bed and breakfast basis from 10th December 2016 to 11th December 2016, based on four (4) people sharing a two (2) double or twin rooms (according to the winner’s choice, subject to availability);
- A contribution of £75 (seventy five pounds) per person for the winner and up to three (3) companions towards the costs of travel to and from The Hilton London Wembley Hotel from each person’s home address;

Camera
This element of the Prize consists of one (1) Samsung NX Digital Camera with a 9mm lens, HD 1080p, 20.5MP, Wi-Fi, NFC and a 3 inch touch screen, including delivery to the winner's home address. The prize excludes any associated costs and expenses which may be incurred in taking up the prize including but not limited to any supplementary products and services, installation or removal of existing products and transportation (other than delivery of the prize to the winner’s hotel room at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel on 14th October 2016 or the winner’s home address).
