• The Monthly Promotional Period shall begin on 22nd August 2016 and ends 30th January 2017. All entries must be received by no later than midnight GMT on the 30th day of each month during the promotion, starting on 30th September 2016. The monthly entries may be displayed on the competition website during this period. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to discontinue this Promotion, with or without notice, in each case without liability or penalty to the Promoter. However, if The Promoter has notified a participant that they have won a prize, The Promoter will honour that prize regardless of the early termination of this Promotion.

• How to Enter: Internet access is required to enter. No postal entries will be accepted. Entrants may participate in this promotion by visiting www.smythstoys.com/barbiedreams only and to participate in the competition eligible entrants must provide the following information: Child's name, Date of Birth and Parent/Guardian email address. Entrants are required to describe, if they could be anything, what would it be and why to fulfil their entry. If your child's entry is chosen as a winner, you agree to your child's name, age and entry being published on www.smythstoys.com/barbiedreams. You also agree that these details can be disclosed to people wishing to be supplied with winner details. Your email address and postal address will not be provided.

• PRIZE: There is 1 grand prize for each promotional month with a single winner having their dream being granted up to the value of £2000 which will be inclusive of any travel and accomdation fees, if applicable. 5 sets of runner-up prizes, each a Barbie bundle of products to the recommended retail price of £50 for each of the promotional months. The competition will be judged by a judging panel including at least one independent member. The identity of the judges may be requested by sending a self-addressed envelope to: Win your Dream competition, Barbie UK Marketing, Mattel UK, Vanwall Business Park, Vanwall Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 4UB, UK.

• The prize is subject to availability. Where permitted by law, The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal value, should the original prizes become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.

• The prize is non-exchangeable (except for the reasons outlined in the section here above) and, in the case of any intangible prizes, non-transferable. The prize cannot be attributed to other people. No cash alternatives to the prize will be offered. The prize does not have to be accepted. The Promoter accepts no liability in relation to the safety of the prize and winners participate in the prize at their own risk

• Judging Criteria: The winners will be those that are deemed to submit an entry that the judges deem to be in the spirit of Barbie You Can Be Anything
• Winners: The winners will be notified within 7 days following adjudication of each promotional month, this will take place on the first Monday after the 30th day of the previous month for duration of the promotion (30th September 2016 to 30th January 2017). The Winner with be notified by an email message. The winner will have 7 days within which to acknowledge receipt of the winning email and reply to the message to confirm acceptance of the prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize. It will be in the Promoter's discretion as to whether to award such prize to an alternative entrant. Upon receipt of the email message referred to above, the prizes will be dispatched no later than 10 working days after receipt of acceptance. Please allow 28 days for delivery. The winner's names will be available for one month after the 30th January 2017 and can be requested by sending a self-addressed envelope to Win your Dream Competition Winners, Barbie UK Marketing, Mattel UK, Vanwall Business Park, Vanwall Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 4UB, UK, after the closing date.
