My solicitors have already provided local searches you mention (being scared of mobile masts is old news, you should be more concerned about your WIFI router!) For the damp, I could get a measuring device from Amazon and do it myself. Stick it in the wall and boom, you have a reading: low, medium or high levels of damp -AKA green, orange or red!
