thomas cook flight change no

can anyone please advise me : i booked a 3 month flight only to dominican rep via frankfurt with thomas cook (condor) after the initial flight online booking process i booked extra assistance and medical baggage therefor there was 8 confirmation emails in total. unfortunately i hadn't realised during this assistance/ baggage confirmation process THEY had changed my connecting flight from frankfurt to 22:15 when i had originally booked the 16:40 flight. there was NO reference to any flight change & i only realised this the day prior to my return, tried everything to contact them but got no help, there for was stuck at the airport for an additional 5 half +hours ....( not good for anyone never mind when you are disabled & in extreme discomfort!) :mad::mad: i have complained to their customer relations and was told they had informed me via email of the flight change... which they had not , the agent i spoke to couldn't find the said email (system problems) though she had found all the other 8 !!! :eek: but assured me she would forward me a copy when the system was up and running again ....(no email received) said she couldnt do anything :mad::mad: but could give me a £50 credit to be used on a future flight:mad: please can anyone advise me on what i can do or how/with who i can take further action on this issue CAN THEY JUST CHANGE A FLIGHT AND NOT REFER TO A FLIGHT CHANGE ????
