My advice, for what it's worth, would be not to wait for a reduction in interest rates before moving into equities as there will be thousands of others looking for a home for their cash. The drop in base rate has already contributed to a stock market rise and with people looking for better returns I can see a bullish market for a while. Better to get in now if you ask me.0
