I would recommend a letter by snail mail signed for... and make sure you print the proof of delivery when it crops up in RMs tracker...DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

Very true.
DCA's seem to of (mostly) gone all touchy feely, at least that's the image they atempt to portray to the FSA and joe public.
