Accessing Citrix - Java Error

Hi,

I can't access Citrix as the following error is appearing, however I have downloaded the latest version of Java and I have enabled it on Firefox and restarted my laptop. How can I correct this issue?

You must install and enable Java to use the Client for Java.

Thanks in advance

Thanks, is there a specific location where I can access a clean JRE to download? I've looked at several but the downloads seem confusing.

As per post #5, WHY do you need it? If it's for work, contact your work IT support. If it's for personal use then use Teamviewer or similar.
