Does anyone know of any software .. an app or something, that could create typographic prints?

Isn't is just a matter of choosing (or downloading/installing) a number of likely (free) fonts and composing the page in Word?0

I use Photoshop to create similar prints. You can often download the fonts for free. WhatTheFont is good for font identification if you want to imitate something.0

It wasn't so much the font as the added colours and effects that are difficult to achieve in Libre or Word
