PPN Debt Recovery and Prosecution Service Letter?!

Hi all,
I have trawled through forums regarding this issue and I am still slightly concerned.
Whilst commuting I was quite often late for the train and in my rush on several occasions my ticket fell from the dashboard or fell on the floor. I was usually successful with these appeals to indigo and never heard anything back regarding others.
Now I have received a letter in the post demanding £100 or the fee will rise to £165 and then to the Magistrates.
Does anyone have any recent examples of how they approached this? I received the letter yesterday and the offence date is 12 May 2016 - I am concerned that I may well be on the receiving end of one or two more thinking about it as I am not 100% sure how many of the 4 or 5 that I received over the year were successful. (I'm sure most were). I got a weekly parking ticket each week.
What's the best way to approach this? I am not in the best financial position to be paying off parking fines but as a student I do not want to be at risk of a criminal record either!
Letter is from PPN Debt Recovery and Prosecution Service, states "Parking Penalty Notice" and refers to bylaw 14 (4)
Have a scan but unsure how to upload.

Please read the Sticky thread for NEWBES as well as search for other posts about car parks covered y Byelaws.
You will need to appeal this as Keeper to the car park operator, but you can ignore debt collectors. The NEWBIES thread explains this.
I believe the landowner has six months from the date of the alleged incident to make a claim for trespass against the driver. The parking company are telling lies if they say the keeper is liable for a parking charge, but you need to go through the appeals process to get rid of it. Do not under any circumstances reveal who was drivng.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
I believe the [STRIKE]landowner [/STRIKE] Train Operating Company (TOC) has six months from the date of the alleged incident to [STRIKE]make a claim[/STRIKE] lay papers in the Magistrates Court for [STRIKE]trespass[/STRIKE] a byelaws offence against the driver or owner. Not the Registered Keeper though they write to the RK on the assumption they are one or the otherThis is a system account and does not represent a real person.
